Carey Theological College - our denomination has many programs aimed at furthering your faith through theological education.

grace family network foundation - gfnf is a non-profit organization started by members of LHF in memory of Rebecca Chan. gfnf exists to plant seeds of hope for at-risk youth in the Lower Mainland.

Samaritan’s Purse - is an international relief organization that helps those in under-developed areas around the world. 

UrbanPromise Vancouver - is a ministry that has 3 campuses in the Lower Mainland. UrbanPromise builds up and supports under-resourced youth through after-school programs, summer camps and leadership training.

counselling resources

All of us have brokenness in our lives. Many at LHF have visited a counsellor for individual, pre-marital, and marriage counselling. If you are interested in learning more about what it’s like, we suggest that you contact Gloria Lee (pastor + registered counsellor). If you would prefer to receive counselling from someone outside of the LHF community, she would also be more than happy to refer you to someone else (she won’t be offended):

Gloria Lee - Gloria is a registered clinical counsellor, and overseeing the Counselling ministry at LHF.

The Ducklows - Paddy and Carole Ducklow have extensive experience in psychology and marriage and family therapy.

Carrie Warkentin - Carrie works at the Alpine Anxiety and Stress Relief Clinic. The clinic specializes in the treatment of anxiety, stress, depression, trauma and relationships. 

Living Waters Canada - LWC has many comprehensive group-based programs, and shorter conferences that aim to bring wholeness and healing. If you would like more info, contact Ricky (music [at] lhf.ca).
